NEWLAST SDF®
With the latest generation SDF HS+ machines now fully implemented in our production locations worldwide — including China, Vietnam & Indonesia — we’ve taken another step forward in speed, accuracy, and performance.

We use SDF® technology from our Italian partner Newlast as the core of our standard last production, ensuring high precision, consistent quality, and efficient output across all our factories.
5-AXIS MILLING
Equipped with two high-precision 5-axis Roeders® CNC milling machines, we hit tolerances so tight they make micrometers nervous — just ±0.1 mm.
And with 24/7 operation, these machines work harder than your morning coffee.
We’re fluent in Desma, RSA, Stemma, Gusbi, and pretty much any system you throw our way. If it’s automation-ready, we’re already ready.
As a 100% vertically integrated one-stop shop, we’ve got everything under one roof — and yes, we CMM-check every last. Because your lasts deserve VIP treatment too. Precision, performance, and a little bit of machine magic — all day, every day.
SD LASER MARK
As a pioneer of this system in Asia, our SD Mark® from Newlast® technology in China and Vietnam is setting a new standard for laser markings.
From logos and size runs to QR codes and secret love notes (okay, maybe not those or maybe yes?), we can laser just about anything onto your lasts.
